Ember Massage Studio
Therapeutic Bodywork for Pain Relief, Mobility, and Balance
At Ember Massage Studio, massage is more than relaxation: it’s a path to real relief.
With a background in deep tissue sculpting, Thai massage, and structural integration, I offer bodywork that’s grounded in anatomy, personalized to your body, and focused on helping you move and feel better.
Services
Pain & Tension Relief
For neck or shoulder stiffness, low back discomfort, or tension that limits how you move, we’ll focus on what your body needs to ease pain and support better range of motion.
Postural & Structural Work
If you're active or recovering from strain, massage can help reduce soreness and keep you moving more easily.
Recovery & Performance
If things feel off or out of balance, we’ll look at how your body is organized and work to support better alignment.
Nervous System Reset
Stress builds up in the body. These sessions use slower touch to help you settle, breathe, and feel more at ease.
The Work
Targeted, evidence-informed massage can bring lasting relief and renewed connection to your body. Whether you’re dealing with pain, restriction, or the physical effects of stress, sessions are tailored to meet your specific needs using techniques that address the underlying causes — not just the symptoms.
